COACHING FAQ

Coaching Sessions are 45 minutes long and take place using Zoom. Purchases are made using PayPal at the time you reserve your appointment on the online calendar. <Calendar is currently closed as all spots are filled>.

Important: If you wish to be contacted with an email that is DIFFERENT from the one you used for your PayPal payment, be sure to make a note when you pay.

You can purchase individual sessions as needed to control the frequency and cost. You will receive a suggested action steps email after each session so that you don’t have to take notes during the session.

WHAT TYPES OF COACHING ARE OFFERED?

• Managing a content calendar (blogging, Instagram, YouTube, and more). I usually suggest one goal setting meeting and then two sessions in the last week of the month to help map out a content plan and then an engagement plan for the upcoming month.

• Troubleshooting and getting unstuck as an online ESL teacher. For this topic, usually only one or two sessions are needed. Teachers find it helpful to share what they are struggling with as they build their schedules and reach their target income goals. Tips and tricks are shared and resources are curated to best position teachers for fast growth (and save time search on YouTube for hours).

• Building your business as an online ESL teacher. If you have an idea for a YouTube channel, blog, Etsy store, TPT store, Shopify store, or other side hustle to take your business to the next level let me be your biggest cheerleader and sounding board to help get you on the right track.

• Teachers Pay Teachers store audit. If you are in need of a second set of eyes on your store to identify areas that may help you grow faster, one session may give you the spark you need for your next steps. You can expect to receive a checklist after the session to help you take action right away. YouTube videos, blog posts, courses, and more that may be applicable to the place you are with your store will be shared in the follow-up email as well to help you bring many helpful resources into one place and save you hours of searching.

• Starting a YouTube channel. If you are thinking of starting a YouTube channel to help with Teachers Pay Teachers or with online ESL recruiting, I’m here to listen to all of your questions and concerns to make sure you position yourself well from the very beginning.
